This Privacy Policy describes how E-Crew ("we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the ecrew.com website and our support interactions (the "Site"). Data we process on behalf of customers while delivering annotation services is governed by our customer agreements rather than this policy. We may revise this policy from time to time and will update the date above, with additional notice where required by law.
Your name and email address ("Identification Information"), the contents of messages you send us by email or through contact and sales forms ("Communication Information"), account details such as company, position, and phone number, and anything else you choose to share with us.
Device and network details (hardware model, operating system version, IP address, device identifiers, browser type) and Site activity (pages viewed, links clicked, referring page). We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to track interactions. You can set your browser to reject cookies, though some Site functionality may not work properly.
Names and contact information from advertising networks and analytics providers, and information from your interactions with us on social media platforms.
Inferences we draw from the above, such as your approximate location from your IP address and your likely interests from your browsing behavior.
We use the information we collect to: deliver and operate our services; communicate with you (support replies, transactional messages, and newsletters); market and advertise our services (you can opt out via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us); conduct research and development, including analytics, product improvement, and creation of de-identified data; protect our services and comply with law (fraud prevention, security, legal obligations); and for other purposes with notice to you or with your consent.

Subject to the mobile information restrictions in the Voice Ordering and Text Messaging (SMS) section below, we may share information with: vendors and service providers (hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, marketing); advertising partners; professional advisors such as lawyers; legal and government authorities where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety; parties to corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, financings, or sales of assets); our affiliates and related entities; and others with your consent. We may also disclose de-identified information.
E-Crew is headquartered in the United States. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction.
E-Crew provides an AI phone ordering service to restaurants. When you call a participating restaurant's ordering line, we process the information needed to take and fulfill your order, including your phone number, your name, the contents of the call (which may be recorded and transcribed), your order details and your requested pickup time.
After your order is confirmed, we send you text messages related to that order, such as your order total, a secure payment link and your pickup time. These messages are transactional only; we do not send marketing or promotional texts. By calling the ordering line and placing an order, you consent to receive these order-related texts at the number you called from. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver messages and process payments (such as our telecommunications and payment processing providers), solely to provide the service to you. Payment details are entered on the payment processor's page and are not stored by E-Crew.
